Appropriate Use

By accessing or using the app, you agree to act lawfully, respectfully, and appropriately. You must not publish or distribute offensive, abusive, harmful, or otherwise objectionable material, or participate in conduct of that nature.

To help safeguard the community, we may take reasonable measures when these requirements are breached. Such measures may include deleting content, limiting access to the service, blocking an account, or permanently banning a user.

Subscriptions and Billing

Certain app features may require a paid subscription. Available plans may renew weekly, monthly, or quarterly, depending on the plan you select. All purchases and renewals are handled under Apple's App Store subscription policies.

• The applicable charge is made to your Apple ID or iTunes account after you confirm the purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the current subscription term expires.
• The renewal charge may be applied during the 24 hours preceding the end of the active billing period. The applicable renewal price will be displayed at that time.
• After completing a purchase, you can manage the subscription or disable automatic renewal through your Apple account settings.
• If a free trial is available, purchasing a paid subscription may cause any unused portion of the trial to be forfeited.

Account Suspension or Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account when we reasonably believe that the service has been misused, accessed without permission, or used in a manner that could harm the application, its users, or our operations. If action is taken because of suspected unauthorized or improper activity, we are not liable for losses that result, and fees already paid may be non-refundable.

We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information or knowingly collect such information from children.
